By accessing or using the BYOURIT service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Service. The Service is operated by MAXYMIZE BUSINESS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
Description of Service
BYOURIT provides biorhythm-based relationship compatibility analysis services. Our service includes: • Personalized compatibility reports created by human relationship experts • Analysis based on biorhythm cycles (physical, emotional, mental) • Digital delivery of reports within 24 hours • Access to your reports through your personal dashboard Generated results remain available in your dashboard for 24 months from the date you generate them; after that period they are deleted. You can download or share them at any time before then, and you can regenerate a reading for the same date of birth whenever you want. The Service is intended for entertainment and personal insight purposes. Our compatibility analyses are not intended to replace professional relationship counseling or medical advice.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account The Service is intended for users aged 16 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Payment and Refunds
Payment for our services is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to: • Pay all fees associated with your order • Provide valid payment information • Authorize us to charge your payment method Refund Policy: you may request a full refund of the FIRST payment of your subscription within 14 days of the charge. Renewals and subsequent payments are non-refundable: you can cancel your renewal at any time from your account dashboard to avoid future charges. After a refund, Premium access ends immediately and your account returns to the Free plan. Full details are in our Subscription Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, reports, and software, is the property of MAXYMIZE BUSINESS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission • Use our content for commercial purposes • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Provide false or misleading information • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable • Any errors will be corrected Our compatibility analyses are based on biorhythm theory and are provided for entertainment and personal insight only. They should not be relied upon for major life decisions.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAXYMIZE BUSINESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Italy, at our sole discretion.
