Terms for subscription plans and recurring payments
Subscription Plans
byourit offers a Premium subscription that unlocks full access to the Service's features. Our current subscription options include: Monthly Plan: • Recurring monthly payment • Full Premium access for the duration of the subscription • You can cancel the renewal at any time Annual Plan: • Recurring annual payment • Significant savings compared to monthly • Full Premium access for the duration of the subscription • Best value for regular users
Billing and Payment
Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method: • On the date of initial subscription • On each renewal date thereafter • For any additional purchases within the Service We will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times if a payment fails. If all attempts fail, your subscription may be suspended.
Free Plan and Premium Plan
How the Plans Work: • The Free plan is free of charge and gives access to a limited version of the Service, used directly on the website without an account area • The Premium subscription unlocks the full features (in-depth readings, the rhythms calendar, date planning, shared compatibilities and other reserved functions) • Your account area (dashboard, saved readings, history) is available only with an active Premium subscription or during the 15-day grace period described in section 4 • Premium benefits are personal, cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value • Content generated during the Premium period remains associated with your account Date planning ("Plan with your biorhythms"): • With the monthly subscription and renewal active you can search and read dates up to 30 days from today; with the annual subscription and renewal active, up to 365 days from today • The limit moves forward every day with today's date, as long as the subscription is in good standing • If you turn renewal off, the limit does not go beyond the end of the period you have already paid for plus the 15-day grace period, and never beyond the limit of your plan (30 or 365 days) • During the 15-day grace period you can plan up to the last day of the grace period • If Premium was granted to you by us with an end date, you can plan up to that end date • When Premium access ends, for example at the end of the grace period or after a refund, date planning is no longer available
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard ("Subscription" section) or by contacting us. Cancellation Terms: • Cancelling stops the renewal: no further charges will be made • Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you already paid for • After it expires you still have 15 days of full access (grace period), so you can resubscribe without interruption • Once the 15 days have passed, your account area is locked until you resubscribe. The lock does not delete your readings: they become visible again when you renew and remain subject to the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy • You can turn the renewal back on at any time before it expires • No partial refunds are provided for unused time • You may resubscribe at any time
Refund Policy
Subscription Refunds: • Full refund available within 14 days of the FIRST payment of your first subscription • Renewals and subsequent payments are non-refundable: cancel your renewal from the dashboard to avoid future charges • No refunds for partial months or years • After a refund, Premium access ends immediately, without the 15-day grace period, and your account area is locked until you resubscribe Technical Issues: • If a technical issue prevents you from using the Service, contact us: we will assess a solution or a refund case by case
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. If we change our prices: • We will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect • The new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period • You may cancel before the price change takes effect • Continuing your subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if: • Payment fails repeatedly • You violate our Terms of Use • We detect fraudulent activity • You abuse the Service or its features If a renewal payment fails, you keep full access for 15 days, giving you time to update your payment method. If the payment is not settled within that period, your account area is locked; access is restored once the outstanding amount is paid or you start a new subscription.
