Subscription Plans
BYOURIT offers a Premium subscription that unlocks full access to the Service's features. Our current subscription options include: Monthly Plan: • Recurring monthly payment • Full Premium access for the duration of the subscription • You can cancel the renewal at any time Annual Plan: • Recurring annual payment • Significant savings compared to monthly • Full Premium access for the duration of the subscription • Best value for regular users
Billing and Payment
Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method: • On the date of initial subscription • On each renewal date thereafter • For any additional purchases within the Service We will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times if a payment fails. If all attempts fail, your subscription may be suspended.
Free Plan and Premium Plan
How the Plans Work: • The Free plan is free of charge and gives access to a limited version of the Service • The Premium subscription unlocks the full features (in-depth readings, the rhythms calendar, shared compatibilities and other reserved functions) • Premium access is tied to an active subscription: when the subscription ends, the account returns to the Free plan • Premium benefits are personal, cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value • Content generated during the Premium period remains associated with your account
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard ("Subscription" section) or by contacting us. Cancellation Terms: • Cancelling stops the renewal: no further charges will be made • Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you already paid for • You can turn the renewal back on at any time before it expires • No partial refunds are provided for unused time • You may resubscribe at any time
Refund Policy
Subscription Refunds: • Full refund available within 14 days of the FIRST payment of your first subscription • Renewals and subsequent payments are non-refundable: cancel your renewal from the dashboard to avoid future charges • No refunds for partial months or years • After a refund, Premium access ends immediately and your account returns to the Free plan Technical Issues: • If a technical issue prevents you from using the Service, contact us: we will assess a solution or a refund case by case
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. If we change our prices: • We will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect • The new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period • You may cancel before the price change takes effect • Continuing your subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if: • Payment fails repeatedly • You violate our Terms of Use • We detect fraudulent activity • You abuse the Service or its features In case of suspension for non-payment, your Premium access may be restored upon payment of outstanding amounts.
