Double critical day
A double critical day is a day on which two of the three biorhythm cycles cross zero together. It happens a few times a year, far more often than a triple critical day, and the classic method flags it as a transition on two fronts: two areas change phase on the same day, so whatever needs balance is better postponed.
The three cycles have different periods, so their critical days chase each other without ever fully lining up. Now and then two coincide: physical and emotional, emotional and intellectual, physical and intellectual. The calculator highlights it, because it is the combination the method considers most delicate among the frequent ones.
A triple critical day, with all three cycles at zero on the same day, is far rarer. The first one in a lifetime is the day of birth.
