Low phase
The low phase is the second half of every biorhythm cycle, when the curve drops below the centre line. It is not a bad stretch: it is the normal half of the cycle in which that area recovers, and the classic method suggests not forcing it. It lasts as long as the high phase and ends with a critical day.
On the chart it is the stretch below the line: the curve descends, bottoms out three quarters of the way through the cycle and climbs back to zero on the last day, from which a new cycle starts. Every cycle spends exactly half its time here.
Anyone who misreads biorhythms sees the low phase as a sentence. The method reads it as recovery: the days when consolidating beats pushing, and knowing them in advance saves you from blaming yourself.
For someone born on 15 June 1990, on 2 September 2026 the intellectual cycle is in the low phase, on day 29 of 33: the cycle is about to end and start again.
